Information on the detection of body temperature
Information pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016
To ensure the safety of your visit to Fiera di Padova and in compliance with the current provisions on the prevention of contagion from Covid-19, Padova Hall informs that body temperature measurements will take place at all pedestrian and vehicle entrance gates, and access to people with a temperature equal to or higher than 37.5 ° will be prohibited. For the sole purpose of traceability required by current provisions, an attendance register will also be kept for a period of 14 days. The above data will be processed as per the following information.
Data Controller: PADOVA HALL SpA, based in Padua, Via N. Tommaseo 59, VAT number 00205840283, contact details Tel. +39 049 840 521 – Pec: email@example.com – email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Purpose and methods of treatment is exclusively for the prevention of contagion from Covid-19; in execution of the adopted regulatory protocol, Padova Hall detects body temperature in real time before entering the premises and does not record any data. If the detected temperature is equal to or greater than 37.5 °, the interested party will not be able to access the exhibition center. In such cases, the interested party will be informed of the circumstance and will be invited to read the instructions given by the Ministry of Health for Covid-19.
Categories of personal data: within the limits of the purposes and methods of treatment defined in this statement, the following personal data will be processed: name, surname, place of origin, telephone contact. The personal data being processed refer to: collaborators, visitors, customers and any other third party authorized to access the premises of Padova Hall.
Nature of the provision: the provision of data is mandatory. Refusal will make it impossible to access the premises.
Legal basis: the legal basis is given by general principles for the protection and health in the workplace and by the implementation of the anti-contagion security protocols pursuant to art. 1 n. 7 lett. d) of DPCM 11/03/20 and subsequent amendments, as per the regulatory protocol adopted by Padova Hall.
Recipients of personal data: the data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties except on the basis of specific regulatory provisions (e.g. in the event of a request by the Health Authority for the reconstruction of the chain of any close contacts of a person who has tested positive at Covid-19).
Data transferability to other countries: Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Community.
Data retention period: The personal data collected will be kept for a maximum of 14 days, after which they will be destroyed, subject to further storage needs for specific events and / or circumstances (for example, requests by Public Authorities / Bodies, including those responsible for health and safety checks).
Rights of the interested party: The interested party may assert their rights as expressed in Articles 15 and ss. of EU Reg. 2016/679, by contacting Padova Hall directly. In particular, you have the right, at any time, to obtain from the Data Controller access to your personal data and request information relating to the processing, as well as limit the processing of your personal data. In the event someone considers that the processing of personal data carried out by the owner is in violation of the provisions of the GDPR, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data (https://www.garanteprivacy.it).
