From an originally envisaged physical-online hybrid event, to an entirely online event: in light of the President of the Council of Minister’s Decree on October 24, 2020 (prohibiting trade fairs and suspending conferences), we have promptly reformulated the project Green Logistics Intermodal Forum: Post Covid-19 Logistics “A return to the past” or “transformative resilience”?.
The date of the Intermodal Forum is confirmed and all activities will now migrate online from Thursday 12 to Friday 13 November.
Alongside the two conferences scheduled on Thursday 12 there’s the possibility of establishing, throughout the two days, commercial relationships through the digital version of Green Logistics Intermodal Forum, an innovative and easily configurable application developed by Fiera di Padova: an online service which allows exhibitors and visitors to participate in a unique digital experience, it’s fully customisable and extremely user-friendly and combines the event’s digital meeting calendar with new ways of matching supply and demand and the possibility of setting up online exhibition spaces.
Not only that: in the digital Innovation Village visitors can explore proposals of the innovation ecosystem and a selection of startup products and services, with the goal of creating network and business opportunities between emerging companies and established players. Events, pitches and the final of the Startup Award are scheduled, with a live broadcast of the selection of the winner taking place online.
The Next Decade’s Intermodality Infrastructures – Operational projects for the completion of the Italian infrastructural system conference foresees the participation of intermodal transport leaders in Italy. Another important meeting entitled The Padua Charter – Together for sustainable and efficient logistics will present a document that 13 associations (both logistics and non-logistics) have drawn up to achieve sustainable systems for logistics and transport.
These two appointments are accompanied by a calendar of technical seminars promoted, proposed and organised either by Green Logistics Expo team or once of the exhibiting companies.
A great opportunity to experiment with new ways of connecting until we meet again in person at the next edition of Green Logistics Expo from 23 to 25 March 2022.
